摘　　要：探讨长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)PCBP1-AS1对口腔鳞癌细胞增殖、迁移及侵袭的影响及其对微RNA-196a(miR-196a)的靶向调控作用。研究发现PCBP1-AS1在口腔鳞癌组织中低表达,而miR-196a表达上调;转染pcDNA-PCBP1-AS1或转染anti-miR-196a均可抑制细胞增殖、迁移及侵袭,并可诱导细胞周期停滞于G0-G1期;PCBP1-AS1可靶向调控miR-196a;miR-196a过表达可逆转PCBP1-AS1对细胞生物学行为的作用。PCBP1-AS1可通过下调miR-196a的表达从而抑制口腔鳞癌细胞增殖、迁移及侵袭。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of LncRNA PCBP1-AS1 on the proliferation,migration and invasion of oral squamous carcinoma cells and its targeted regulation on miR-196a.The study showed that in oral squamous cell carcinoma tissues,PCBP1-AS1 was under-expressed while miR-196a was up-regulated.Transfection of pcDNA-PCBP1-AS1 or anti-miR-196a could inhibit the proliferation,migration and invasion of cancer cells,and induce cell cycle arrest in G0-G1 phase.PCBP1-AS1 can target-regulate the miR-196a.Overexpression of miR-196a could reverse the effect of PCBP1-AS1 on cell biological behavior.In conclusion,PCBP1-AS1 could inhibit the proliferation,migration and invasion of oral squamous cell carcinoma cells by down-regulating the expression of miR-196a.
