针刺辅助碳酸锂和丙戊酸钠治疗双相障碍的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺辅助碳酸锂和丙戊酸钠治疗双相障碍的有效性和安全性。方法134例双相障碍患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各67例。对照组给予碳酸锂和丙戊酸钠口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合针刺疗法,常规随访6个月,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果、功能恢复、生活质量、复发和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的BRMS评分、HAMD评分和CGI-S评分均显著低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率(97.01%)显著高于对照组(85.08%),WCST评分、HVLT-R评分和CPT评分显著高于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分在各维度上均显著高于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。随访期间,观察组的复发率(14.92%)显著低于对照组(38.81%);不良反应发生率组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺辅助西药治疗双相障碍可显著提高治疗总有效率,促进患者认知等功能的恢复,改善生活质量,降低复发风险,且安全性良好。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of acupuncture assisted lithium carbonate and sodium valproate in the treatment of bipolar disorder.Methods According to the random number table method,134 patients with bipolar disorder were divided into control group and observation group,with 67 cases in each group.The control group was given oral treatment with lithium carbonate and sodium valproate,and the observation group was combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The routine follow-up was 6 months to observe and compare the treatment effect,functional recovery,quality of life,recurrence and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results The BRMS score,HAMD score and CGI-S score of the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(97.01%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.08%).The WCST score,HVLT-R score and CPT score were significantly higher than those before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).The dimensions were significantly higher than those before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).During the follow-up period,the recurrence rate of the observation group(14.92%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(38.81%);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture-assisted western medicine in the treatment of bipolar disorder can significantly improve the total effective rate of treatment,promote the recovery of patients5 cognitive functions,improve the quality of life,reduce the risk of recurrence,and have good safety.
