摘　　要：金川集团针对外派董事、监事履职中存在的问题,借鉴英国IASPIRE培训策略对公司外派董事、监事进行系统培训。通过培训,金川集团外派董事、监事的履职能力得到了提升并探索了“课程体系化,培训实战化”的培训教学模式。为持续开展高端培训积累了经验,为打造“金川培训”的金字招牌,提供有益借鉴。Jinchuan Group has conducted a systematic training for the assigned directors and supervisors to solve the existing prob-lems in performing duties by referencing IASPIRE training strategy of Britain.Hirough the training,the assigned directors and supervisors have their ability to perform duties improved.Meanwhile,a training and teaching mode of systematized curriculum and practical training is developed,lliis training has accumulated an experience for conducting continuous high-end training and provided a useful reference to the brand of Jinchuan Training.
