丁螺环酮联合奥氮平对精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究丁螺环酮联合奥氮平对精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响。方法选取80例精神分裂症患者,将其按随机数字表法分为研究组(40例)和对照组(40例)。研究组给予奥氮平加丁螺环酮治疗,对照组给予奥氮平加安慰剂治疗。治疗前、治疗后第1,2,4,6周末,采用阳性症状和阴性症状量表(PANSS)和副反应量表(TESS)评定2组患者的认知功能改善情况及药物副作用情况。结果治疗前及治疗第1周,2组患者PANSS评分组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗第2、4、6周后,2组患者PANSS评分组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组有效例数有对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗中,研究组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为12.5%和15%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丁螺环酮联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症改善患者的认知功能疗效显著,且无明显副作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of buspirone combined with olanzapine on the cognitive function of patients with schizophrenia.Methods Eighty patients with schizophrenia were selected and divided into a study group(40 cases) and a control group(40 cases) according to the number table.The study group was given olanzapine plus buspirone, and the control group was given olanzapine plus placebo.Before treatment and on the weekends 1,2,4,and 6 after treatment, the Positive Symptoms and Negative Symptoms Scale(PANSS) and Side Effects Scale(TESS) were used to assess the improvement of cognitive function and the side effects of the drugs in the two groups.Results Before treatment and in the first week of treatment, there was no significant difference in PANSS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2,4,and 6 weeks of treatment, the difference in PANSS score between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective number of cases in the study group was compared with the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group and control group were 12.5% and 15%,respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of buspirone and olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia has a significant effect on improving the cognitive function of patients with no obvious side effects.It is worthy of clinical application.
