摘 要:目的比较智能牙本质树脂(SDRTM)与传统窝沟封闭剂(3M Concise)对乳磨牙进行窝沟封闭后保留率与龋病发生率的影响,并进行临床评价。方法随机选取符合标准的3~5岁儿童457颗乳磨牙,采用随机数字表法随机分为3组:A组为通用型粘接剂+SDRTM,B组为通用型粘接剂+3M传统窝沟封闭剂,C组为磷酸酸蚀+3M传统窝沟封闭剂作为对照组。在封闭完成后3,6,12个月进行术后保留率及患龋率评估。结果随访3,6,12个月,3组的封闭剂保留率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),随访12个月龋病发生率C组明显高于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SDR应用于乳磨牙窝沟封闭,保留率与传统窝沟封闭剂无差别,且无需酸蚀,操作简便,能得到低龄儿童的有效配合,可作为一种新型窝沟封闭材料用于低龄儿童乳磨牙窝沟封闭。Objective To compare the effects of SDRTM and traditional pit and fissure sealant(3 M concise) on the retention rate and caries incidence of deciduous molars after pit and fissure sealing, and to evaluate them clinically.Methods Four hundred and fifty-seven deciduous molars of 3-year-old and 5-year-old children were randomly divided into three groups: group A was general adhesive + SDRTM,group B was general adhesive+3 M traditional pit and fissure sealant, and group C was phosphate etching+3 M traditional pit and fissure sealant as control group.The postoperative retention rate and caries incidence were evaluated at 3,6 and 12 months after closure.Results There was no significant difference in sealant retention rate among the three groups after follow-up for 3,6 and 12 months(P>0.05).The incidence of dental caries in group C was significantly higher than that in the other two groups after 12 months follow-up(P<0.05).Conclusion SDR is used for pit and fissure sealing of deciduous molars, the retention rate is no different from traditional pit and fissure sealants, and it does not require acid etching.It is easy to operate and can be effectively cooperated by young children.It can be used as a new type of pit and fissure sealing material for young children’s deciduous molars pit and fissure are closed.
