摘 要:肝转移是导致结直肠癌患者死亡的最主要原因,手术切除是其首选治疗方式。然而,临床可手术切除的转移瘤所占比例不到25%。近年来,热消融技术因其疗效和安全性日益提升而得到了广泛应用,使一些不适合手术切除的肝转移瘤患者获得根治机会。目前,关于消融术的研究主要集中在射频消融和微波消融,而对其他消融方式的研究相对较少。该文详细综述了射频消融和微波消融的技术原理、疗效、远期生存等,以期为结直肠癌肝转移患者的治疗提供参考。Liver metastasis is the leading cause of death in patients with colorectal cancer,and surgical resection is the preferred treatment.However,the proportion of metastases that are clinically resectable is less than 25%.In recent years,thermal ablation technology has been widely used due to its increasing efficacy and safety in the treatment of liver metastases,providing a radical cure opportunity for some patients who are not suitable for surgical resection.At present,the research on ablation mainly focuses on radiofrequency ablation and microwave ablation.The technical principle,efficacy and long-term survival of radiofrequency ablation and microwave ablation were introduced in this review,in order to provide reference for the treatment of patients with liver metastasis from colorectal cancer.
