共生视角下集美万达商业中心立面形态研究

摘　　要：伴随城市化的发展,新建大型商业中心逐渐成为历史风貌区关注的焦点,由于其建筑形态与历史风貌区的空间形态特征格格不入,大型商业中心应该以何种方式介入历史风貌区是一个不可规避的问题。本文以厦门集美万达商业综合体的立面形态设计为例,以共生理论作为该设计的指导思想,从共生的视角探索基于自然环境、传统建筑、城市空间、历史符号4个层面的集美万达中心与集美学村历史风貌区的共生设计策略,为历史风貌区引入大型商业中心提供创作指导。With the development of urbanization,newly-built large commercial centers have gradually become the focus of attention in historical areas.As its architectural form is incompatible with the spatial characteristics of the historical area,it is an unavoidable problem that how large commercial centers should be involved in historical area.The paper takes the facade form design of Xiamen Jimei Wanda commercial complex as an example,and takes symbiosis theory as the guiding ideology of the design.From the perspective of symbiosis,it explores the symbiosis design strategy of Jimei Wanda and the historical areas from four levels of natural environment,traditional architecture,urban space and historical symbols,and provides creative guidance for the introduction of large commercial centers into the historical area.
