摘  要:目的探讨益生菌与“抗帕颗粒”对MPTP帕金森病(PD)便秘模型小鼠胃肠动力的影响。方法SPF级健康C57BL/6雄性6w龄小鼠150只,其中30只为空白对照组(A组),余鼠用MPTP腹腔注射法制作PD便秘模型,分PD模型对照组(B1)、PD酪酸梭菌活菌(益生菌)干预组(B2)、PD“抗帕颗粒”干预组(B3)、PD酪酸梭菌活菌+“抗帕颗粒”干预组(B4),每组30只。分别于造模前、造模后15d、1个月、2个月、3个月、4个月进行胃肠动力学检测,每次实验在3d内顺序完成1h内粪便含水量、4h内粪便颗粒数、首粒黑便排出时间测定实验,4M时处死后行小肠传输率测定。结果①B1组在造模后15d,1个月、2个月、3个月、4个月观察点的粪便含水量、单位时间内粪便颗粒数及小肠传输率均明显低于A组(P<0.01),首粒黑便排出时间较A组明显延长(P<0.01),说明MPTP制作的PD便秘模型具有较高的稳定性;②B2组在干预1M后的粪便含水量、单位时间内排便颗粒数明显优于B1组;首粒黑便排出时间、小肠传输率逐渐改善,在3个月后与A组比较(P>0.05);③B3组在干预2个月后粪便的含水量高于B1组;单位时间内排便颗粒数在1个月后就多于B1组;首粒黑便排出时间从2个月后开始优于B1组,3个月后甚至短于A组,4个月时为5组中最短(75.64±17.70 min);小肠传输率与B1组比较(P<0.05);④对B4组的观察发现,2个月后粪便含水量明显高于B1组,3个月后亦高于B2、B3组,4个月时与A组比较(P>0.05)差异无统计学意义(0.35±0.038vs 0.38±0.014);单位时间内排便颗粒数在15d时就多于B1组和B3组,2个月时在MPTP各组中最多,且与其它各组比较(均P<0.05);首粒黑便排出时间与B3组相似,3个月后甚至短于A组;小肠传输率与B1组比较(P<0.05)。结论益生菌及“抗帕颗粒”可改善MPTP帕金森病模型鼠胃肠动力,从而减缓便秘症状;两者联合应用显示更好的疗效;“抗帕颗粒”改善PD便秘的机制可能有异于益�Objective To investigate the effect of probiotics and Anti-parkinsongranule on gastrointestinal motility in MPTP Parkinson's disease(PD)constipation model mice.Methods 150 of SPF health C57BL/6 male mice with aged 6 weeks,including 30 blank control group(group A),the other were PD constipation modelmadewith MPTP intraperitoneal injections,which including PD model of the control group(B1),clostridium PD butyric acid living bacterium(probiotics)intervention group(B2),PD"Anti-parkinson Granule"intervention group(B3),clostridium PD butyric acid living bacterium+"Anti-parkinson Granule"intervention group(B4),there were 30 mice in each group.Gastrointestinal kinetics tests were conducted before and 15d after modeling,1M,2M,3M,4M respectively.The fecal moisture content was tested within 1 hour,and fecal particle number was collected within 4 hours,and the discharge time of the first black particle,and the small intestine transmission rate was determined after the death at 4 meters,and each experiment sequenced within 3 days.Results①fecal water content,number of fecal particles per unit time and small intestine transmission rate of group B1 were significantly lower than group A(P<0.01),the discharge time of first black stool was significantly longer than that of group A(P<0.01),indicating that the constipation model of Parkinson's disease produced by MPTP has higher stability;②The fecal water content and the number of defecation particles per unit time in group B2 were significantly better than those in group B1 after intervention of 1M.The time of discharge of the first black stool and the rate of small intestinal transmission were gradually improved,and there was no significant difference between group A and group A after 3M;③The fecal water content of Group B3 was higher than that of group B1 after 2M intervention.The number of defecation particles was higher than group B1 after 1M per unit time.The discharge time of the first black seed from 2M was better than that of Group B1,was even shorter than that of grou
