摘　　要：随着我国的高校创新创业工作在全国全面开展,越来越多的医学院校加入创新创业教育的浪潮之中。尤其是党的十九大做出“实施健康中国战略”的重大决策,更凸显了医学生的责任与担当。通过长期研究与实践,以广西医科大学为例,以思想政治教育与创新创业教育融合为指导理念,促进创新创业教育与思想政治教育融合,建立“四级进阶”大学生创新创业实践教育体系,帮助医学生内化、理解及树立社会主义核心价值观,明确创新创业的本质,实现立德树人润物无声,以提升地方医学院校创新创业人才培养质量,促进医学生就业创业,具有十分重要的理论意义和实践价值。With the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China’s higher education,more and more medical colleges and universities join in the wave of innovation and entrepreneurship education.In particular,the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made the major decision of the“healthy China strategy”,which further highlighted the responsibility of medical students.Through long-term research and practice,this paper takes Guangxi Medical University as an example.By taking the integration of ideological and political education and the innovation and entrepreneurship education as the guiding principle,promoting the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education,we try to establish a four-stage education system of innovation and entrepreneurship to help medical students internalize,understand and establish core socialist values,to clarify the essence of innovation and entrepreneurship,and to realize the goal of“building morality and cultivating talents”and to build a harmonious society.It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to improve the quality of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents and to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of medical students in local medical colleges and universities.
