摘 要:试验旨在研究甘蔗尾叶发酵饲料对肉羊生长性能、产肉性能及肉质的影响。选择80头体重相近的健康肉羊,随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复2只羊。对照组肉羊饲喂基础日粮,试验2、3、4组用甘蔗尾叶发酵饲料替代全株玉米青贮分别添加20%、40%、60%。预试期7 d,正式试验期30 d。结果显示,试验2、3组肉羊的平均日干物质采食量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验2组肉羊的平均日增重显著高于对照组和试验3组,料重比显著低于试验3组(P<0.05)。试验2组肉羊胴体重显著高于其他各组,2组屠宰率和眼肌面积显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验2组羊肉pH24 h值显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验2、3组的剪切力显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验2组羊肉的滴水损失显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验表明,在肉羊日粮中添加甘蔗尾叶发酵饲料可以提高肉羊的生长性能和产肉性能,改善肉品质,但添加量不宜超过40%。The expriment studied the effect of fermented sugarcane tail leaves on growth performance,meat production and meat quality of mutton sheep.In the experiment,80 healthy mutton sheep with similar weights were randomly divided into four groups,with ten replicates in each group and two sheep in each replicate.The control group was fed with basal diet,and the test group 2,group 3 and group 4 used sugarcane tail leaf fermented feed instead of whole-plant corn silage and added 20%,40%and 60%,respectively.The pre-feeding period of the experiment was 7 d,and the formal experiment was 30 d.The results showed that the average daily dry matter intake of mutton sheep in test group 2 and group 3 was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the average daily weight gain of mutton sheep in group 2 was significantly increased than that of the control group and test group 3,but the feed-to-weight ratio was significantly lower than that of test group 3(P<0.05).The carcass weight of mutton sheep in test group 2 was significantly higher than that of other group,and the slaughter rate and eye muscle area of mutton sheep in group 2 were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The pH24 h of mutton sheep in test group 2 was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the shear force of mutton sheep in group 2 and group 3 was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05),and the drip loss of mutton sheep in group 2 was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that adding sugarcane tail leaf fermented feed to the mutton sheep diet can improve the growth performance and meat production performance of the mutton sheep,and improve the meat quality,but the addition amount should not exceed 40%.
