卡波西肉瘤样疣状血管瘤1例及皮肤镜表现

摘　　要：患者男,19岁,右小腿结节19年,伴疼痛1年就诊。查体:右小腿胫侧多发紫红色结节或斑块,部分表面轻度角化,见少许鳞屑或血痂。皮肤镜检查见多个紫红色腔隙样结构、结痂及彩虹模式。皮损组织病理示:网篮状角化过度,真皮内见广泛分布的毛细血管、小静脉增生、扩张充血。结合病史及临床表现诊断卡波西肉瘤样疣状血管瘤。A 19-year-old male patient presented with a right calf nodule for 19 years and pain for one year.Physical examination found multiple purple-red nodules and plaques on the tibial side of the right calf,mild keratosis on the part of the surface,a little scaly plaque or blood scab.Dermoscopy showed multiple purple-red lacuna-like structures,crusts and rainbow patterns.Skin histopathology demonstrated reticular hyperkeratosis,extensive capillary network,venule hyperplasia,dilation and congestion in the dermis.Combined patient medical history and clinical manifestations provided a basis for diagnosing Kaposi's sarcoma-like verrucous hemangioma.
