摘　　要：多聚酶链反应是非常重要的分子生物学技术。文章总结了多聚酶链反应和其相关技术方法在口腔科中应用。实践已经证实它有特异性和敏感性的优点,不但能有效地定性和定量微生物,而且能有助于诊断和预防口腔疾病。The application of polymerase chain reaction and its related techniques in stomatology have been summarized. The practice had demonstrated that PCR have been the characteristics of high sensitivity and specificity,not only effectively quantifying and qualifying microorganisms,but also helpfully diagnosing and preventing oral diseases.
