摘 要:针对死区效应导致永磁同步电机相电流畸变,造成转矩脉动的影响,提出一种基于平均误差电压分解为静止轴系反馈补偿电压的方法,通过分析死区时间和开关元件通态压降对相电流的影响,推导出死区补偿时间和补偿电压表达式。为了提升相电流极性判断的准确性,利用卡尔曼滤波去除d-q旋转轴系下的电流高次谐波,重构三相电流来判断静止轴系所处扇区来确定需要施加的补偿电压。仿真和试验结果表明,该方法能减弱相电流高次谐波,改善相电流正弦度,降低转矩脉动。The dead-time effect can lead to current distortion and torque ripple in the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)control.Aiming at the problem,the method based on the decomposition of the average error voltage into the static axis feedback compensation voltage is proposed.By analyzing the influence of the dead-time and the on-state voltage drop of power switches on the current,the expressions of dead-time compensation time and compensation voltage are derived.In order to improve the polarity determination accuracy of the phase current,high-order harmonics of current under d-q rotating shaft system are removed by Kalman filter.The three-phase current is reconstructed to determine the sector where the current vector located.The compensation voltage can be defined according to the sector.The simulation and experimental results show that the method can not only weaken the high-order harmonics of the phase current,but also improve the sine degree of the phase current and reduce the torque ripple.
