摘　　要：目的了解马鞍山市门诊就诊女性的HPV感染现状和亚型分布特点。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月在马鞍山市中心医院妇科门诊就诊及体检中心体检女性629例,取宫颈脱落细胞样本采用PCR结合反向点杂交法对HPV DNA进行分型检测,分析马鞍山市不同亚型、不同年龄段女性HPV感染情况。结果629例受检者中,有213例HPV感染阳性,阳性率为33.86%。共检出21种亚型,其中高危型HPV感染检出186例(87.32%),以HPV16(18.31%)、HPV52(15.02%)、HPV18(8.45%)、HPV53(7.51%)和HPV58(5.63%)为主;低危型HPV感染检出27例(12.68%),以HPV81(5.63%)为主。不同年龄组中60~<70岁的女性感染率和高危型检出率最高(52.63%和52.63%),其次是20~<30岁的女性(43.40%和35.85%)。213例HPV阳性感染者中,单一感染占71.36%。结论马鞍山市门诊就诊女性HPV感染亚型主要为高危型HPV16、52、18、53和低危型HPV81,以单一感染为主,感染人群以60~<70岁和20~<30岁为主。Objective To investigate the infection status and subtype distribution of HPV among female outpatients in Maanshan City.Methods From January 2018 and June 2019,629 females in the Gynecology Clinic of Maanshan Central Hospital and Physical Center were selected.Cervical exfoliated cell samples from these outpatients were collected to detect HPV DNA typing by PCR and reverse dot blot.The HPV infection of women in different subtypes and ages in Maanshan City was analyzed.Results Among 629 cases,213 cases were HPV positive with the positive rate of 33.86%,and 21 subtypes were detected.There were 186(87.32%)cases with high-risk HPV infection including HPV16(18.31%),HPV52(15.02%),HPV18(8.45%),HPV53(7.51%)and HPV58(5.63%),and 27(12.68%)cases with low-risk HPV infection,mainly HPV81(5.63%).Among the different age groups,the infection rate of HPV and the detection rate of high-risk type in the age group of 60-<70 years old were the highest(52.63%and 52.63%),followed in the age group of 20-<30 years old(43.40%and 35.85%).Of the 213 HPV-infected patients,single infection accounted for 71.36%.Conclusions The main subtypes of HPV infection in female outpatients in Maanshan City are high-risk HPV16,HPV52,HPV18,HPV53,and low-risk HPV81.Patients are mainly infected by single HPV,and at 60-<70 and 20-<30 years old.
