摘　　要：目的探究CBCT辅助微种植体植入治疗安氏Ⅱ类1分类错(牙合)畸形的矫治效果分析。方法选择安氏Ⅱ类1分类错(牙合)畸形患者共30例,时间为2017年8月至2020年6月,观察组(CBCT辅助微种植体植入治疗)及对照组(传统正畸治疗方法)均为15例。比较分析临床上患者的测量项目组内差值等情况。结果对照组共15例患者中,治疗前的各测量项目均高于治疗后(P<0.05);观察组共15例患者中,治疗前的各测量项目均高于治疗后(P<0.05);分析发现,观察组治疗后各项测量项目的改变均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对成人安氏Ⅱ类1分类错(牙合)畸形患者,通过采用CBCT辅助微种植体植入治疗方式,应用合理的对策,能够准确、科学性提升矫治效果,安全性较高,临床应用价值较佳。Objective To investigate the effect of CBCT assisted micro implant implantation on the treatment of adult classⅡ1 malocclusion deformity.Methods 30 adult patients with malocclusion in class II 1 were selected,the time was from August 2017 to June 2020.The observation group(CBCT assisted micro implant implantation)and control group(traditional orthodontic treatment)were 15.The difference of the measurement items group of the patients in clinical was analyzed.Results The results showed that the measurement items before treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);among the 15 patients in the observation group,the measurement items before treatment were higher than those after treatment(P<0.05);the analysis found that the changes of the measurement items in the observation group were greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the adult patients with malocclusion in class II 1,the correct and scientific improvement of the effect of correction can be achieved by using CBCT assisted micro implant implantation and reasonable measures.
