摘　　要：小汗腺汗孔癌(Eccrine porocarcinoma,EPC)是一种罕见的恶性皮肤肿瘤,但又是最常见的汗腺肿瘤,该疾病易复发,易转移。小汗腺汗孔癌主要以红色至紫色的无症状结节为临床表现,易误诊为鳞状细胞癌、Bowen病、脂溢性角化等,随着皮肤科相关辅助检查手段的进步,通过皮肤镜、免疫组化等也可以为鉴别该疾病提供新思路。我们回顾了有关小汗腺汗孔癌的相关国内外文献,现对小汗腺汗孔癌相关诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗的最新进展进行综述。Eccrine porocarcinoma(EPC)is a rare malignant skin tumor,but also the most common sweat gland tumor.Eccrine porocarcinoma is characterized by asymptomatic red to purple nodules,which are easily misdiagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma,Bowen disease,seborrheic keratosis,etc.With the progress of dermatology related auxiliary examination methods,dermoscopy,immunohistochemistry and so on can also provide a new way to identify the disease.We review the relevant domestic and foreign literature on eccrine porocarcinoma,and review the recent progress in the diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment of eccrine porocarcinoma.
