摘　　要：主减速器装配质量直接影响汽车性能,而主减速器选垫是否合适则是控制装配质量的关健。基于汽车主减速器选垫技术,对调整垫片的测选尺寸链进行分析研究,并针对选垫相关的测量系统以及选垫反馈系统进行优化改进,最终提高主减速器的装配质量和装配效率。The assembly of the rear drive unit affects the performance of the automobile directly.Suitable adjusting shims for the rear drive unit are the key point to the assembly quality.Based on the shim selection method of the rear drive unit,the dimensional chain of adjusting shim is analyzed and researched.By optimizing the measurement system and shim feedback system,the assembly quality and production efficiency for the rear drive unit can be obviously improved.
