摘  要:检测原油乳状液液滴粒径、观测粒径分布在石油化工过程系统工程中有着非常重要的作用。探讨了现有粒径检测方法,提出基于连通域标记的原油乳状液粒径检测算法。通过图像滤波和二值化操作,对原油乳状液图像进行预处理后,经过连通域标记和等价标记替换处理,获得原油乳状液粒径显微已标记图像,分析已标记图像中的连通域,计算液滴个数和粒径大小,统计液滴粒径分布。在实际图像上的实验结果表明,该算法可以顺利完成原油乳状液内液滴粒径计算和统计,且较现有算法准确率高、占用内存空间小。It is very important to detect droplet size and observe droplet size distribution of crude oil emulsion in petrochemical process.This paper discusses the existing droplet size detection methods.Then,it proposes a droplet size detection algorithm for crude oil emulsion based on connected-component-labeling.This algorithm preprocessed the oil emulsion image by filtering and binarizing,obtained the labeled image by connected component labeling and equivalent label replacement processing,analyzed the connected components in the labeled image and calculated the number of droplets,droplet sizes and particle size distribution.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively calculate droplet sizes and droplet size distribution in the oil emulsion,and has higher accuracy and needs less memory space than conventional algorithms.
