摘 要:试验旨在研究微生态制剂对蛋鸡生产性能及免疫机能的影响。试验选取1200羽蛋鸡随机分成对照组和试验组,试验组日粮中添加0.1%微生态制剂,试验周期20 d。结果表明,日粮中添加0.1%微生态制剂可显著降低蛋鸡料蛋比、减少蛋鸡死淘率(P<0.05),显著提高禽流感(H7N9)的抗体效价,达到13.829%(P<0.05)。蛋品质结果表明,鸡蛋哈夫单位和蛋黄颜色在使用微生态制剂后显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,蛋鸡饲粮添加微生态制剂可降低蛋鸡死淘率,改善蛋品质,提高机体禽流感抗体效价水平。The purpose of the experiment is to study the effect of probiotics on the production performance and immune function of laying hens.In the experiment,1200 laying hens were randomly divided into a control group and a test group.The diet of test group was supplemented with 0.1%probiotics.The test period was 20 d.The results showed that the addition of 0.1%microecological preparations in the diet can significantly reduce the feed-to-egg ratio of the layers,reduce the rate of dead scouring of the layers(P<0.05),and significantly increase the antibody titer of avian influenza(H7N9)to 13.829%(P<0.05).The results of egg quality showed that the Hastelloy unit and the color of the egg yolk were significantly improved after the use of probiotics(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that adding microecological preparations to layer diets can reduce the rate of dead panning,improve egg quality,and increase the avian influenza body's antibody titer.
