摘　　要：在分析我国水系连通及水美乡村建设对县域经济发展和乡村振兴具有重要作用的基础上,提出在编制水系连通及水美乡村建设规划(或方案)、项目实施时需要处理好的几个问题,并针对目前实施的水系连通及水美乡村建设工作提出了扩大试点范围、组织经验交流、完善相应规范和标准、加大资金支持力度等建议。Based on analysis of the important role of the construction of water system interconnection and water-beauty countryside for county economic development and rural revitalization,issues need to be dealt with during planning(or making proposals)and project implementation are discussed.Regarding the current situation of implementing water system interconnection and construction of water-beauty countryside,suggestions are made to extend the scope of pilot projects,organize experience exchange,perfect relevant norms and standards and increase financial support.
