摘 要:从定量描述分析(QDA)出发,建立了沐浴类产品的感官评价方法,比较了香皂、沐浴露和磨砂膏3类共9款沐浴产品的12个感官特征。凝结层次聚类分析(AHC)和主成分分析(PCA)的分析结果表明,沐浴露和表活型身体磨砂膏的肤感接近,这类产品表现为泡沫感较好,具有适中的皮肤清洁能力,洗后皮肤偏柔滑,略有滋润感,皮肤柔软不紧绷;乳化型身体磨砂膏表现为无泡,清洁力较弱,洗后皮肤柔滑滋润,不紧绷,有平滑感;香皂表现为泡沫感一般,清洁能力较好,洗后皮肤偏艰涩,皮肤偏干燥,略有紧绷感。Based on the quantitative descriptive analysis(QDA),the sensory evaluation method for bath products was established,and the 12 sensory attributes of 9 bath products including soaps,bath gels and body scrub creams were analyzed and compared.The results of agglomerative hierarchical clustering analysis(AHC)and principal component analysis(PCA)show that the skin feeling of the shower gel is similar to that of surface-active body scrub cream.This kind of products have a good feeling of foam and a moderate skin cleaning ability,which makes skin soft,smooth,slightly moisturizing and not tight after washing.The emulsion-type body scrub is foamless and weak in cleaning power,and the skin is smooth,moisturized and not tight after washing.The soap shows ordinary foam,good cleaning ability,but dry,not smooth and slightly tight feelings of skin after washing.The sensory characteristics of three kinds of bath products were analyzed and summarized,providing a new way of evidence for the technological upgrade and market claim of bath products.
