摘 要:为了实现调车钩数均衡分配,优化调车作业程序,提升调车作业效率,在区段站调车作业中,以调车钩数最优为目标,构建考虑作业时间的区段站调车钩数分配模型,运用分支定界算法进行求解。以山东东北部龙口港站为例对分配模型进行分析,通过考虑作业时间可以使每台调车机车处理的调车钩数更加均衡,有助于保证调车人员的作业时间大致相同;对调机的最长限定作业时间进行敏感性分析,结果表明随着最长限定作业时间的改变,分配模型依旧有效。调车钩数分配数据对于制订合理的调车作业计划,提升生产管理水平具有重要意义。With maximizing the number of shunting hooks in the shunting operation in district stations as the research objective,this paper established a working time-based assignment model of it to achieve a balanced distribution of the number of shunting hooks,optimize the shunting operation procedures,and improve the shunting operation efficiency.The assignment model was solved by a branch and bound algorithm and further analyzed with the Longkou Port Station in the northeast of Shandong as an example.The results show that the consideration of the working time makes the numbers of shunting hooks handled by different shunting locomotives more balanced,which ensures the roughly same working time of the shunting staff.A sensitivity analysis of the total working time of the shunting locomotive proves that the assignment model is still valid as the total working time changes.The assignment data of the number of shunting hooks is of great significance for formulating a reasonable shunting operation plan and improving production management.
