摘　　要：目的:探讨眼底荧光血管造影检查在糖尿病眼底病筛查中的应用价值。方法:选取2015年6月-2019年12月行眼底病筛查的糖尿病患者186例,随机分为两组。对照组采用散瞳眼底镜检查;观察组采用眼底荧光血管造影检查。比较两组诊断率,并分析散瞳眼底镜检查的诊断修正情况。结果:观察组诊断率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);散瞳眼底镜检查的诊断修正率为44.68%,糖尿病眼底病变Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期、Ⅴ期、Ⅵ期分别修正5例、4例、5例、4例、2例、1例。结论:眼底荧光血管造影检查在糖尿病眼底病筛查中的应用效果显著,能够提高糖尿病眼底病的诊断率。Objective:To explore the application value of fundus fluorescein angiography in screening of diabetic fundus diseases.Methods:From June 2015 to December 2019,186 diabetic patients undergoing fundus disease screening were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group used mydriatic fundus examination.The observation group used fundus fluorescein angiography.We compared the diagnostic rate of the two groups and analyzed the correction of mydriatic fundus examination.Results:The diagnosis rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic correction rate of mydriatic fundus examination was 44.68%,There were 5 cases,4 cases,5 cases,4 cases,2 cases and 1 case in stageⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,ⅤandⅥdiabetic retinopathy respectively.Conclusion:The application value of fundus fluorescein angiography in screening of diabetic fundus diseases is significant,it can improve the diagnosis rate of diabetic fundus disease.
