血清胶原指标及透明质酸、层粘连蛋白、人生长分化因子15在慢性心力衰竭患者中的检测价值

摘　　要：目的:探究血清胶原指标及透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、人生长分化因子15(GDF-15)在慢性心力衰竭患者中的检测价值。方法:2020年1月-2021年1月收治慢性心力衰竭患者80例,作为观察组;选取同期体检健康同龄者80例,作为对照组。比较两组以及观察组中不同病因及心功能分级患者的血清胶原指标及HA、LN、GDF-15水平;分析上述血清指标水平与慢性心力衰竭心功能分级的关系。结果:观察组Ⅰ型前胶原羧基端肽(PⅠCP)、Ⅲ型前胶原氨基端肽(PNⅢP)及Ⅳ型胶原(CⅣ)等血清胶原指标水平及血清HA、LN、GDF-15水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中不同心功能分级患者的血清胶原指标及HA、LN、GDF-15水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman秩相关分析显示,血清胶原指标及HA、LN、GDF-15水平与慢性心力衰竭心功能分级呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:血清胶原指标及HA、LN、GDF-15在慢性心力衰竭患者中呈高表达状态,且与心功能分级呈正相关,检测价值较高。Objective:To explore the value of serum collagen indexes and HA,LN and GDF-15 in the detection of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:From January 2020 to January 2021,80 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were enrolled as the observation group.In the same period,80 healthy people of the same age were selected as the control group.Serum collagen indexes,HA,LN and GDF-15 in the two groups were detected and compared,and the results of serum indexes in patients with different etiology and cardiac function grades in the observation group were compared.The relationship between the above serum indexes levels and chronic heart failure was analyzed.Results:The levels of serum collagen indexes such as PⅠCP,PNⅢP,CⅣand the levels of serum HA,LN,GDF-15 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum collagen indexes and HA,LN,GDF-15 levels in patients with different cardiac function grades in observation group were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that,serum collagen indexes and HA,LN,GDF-15 levels were positively correlated with cardiac function grades of chronic heart failure(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum collagen indexes and HA,LN,GDF-15 showed high expression in patients with chronic heart failure,and are positively correlated with cardiac function grades.Therefore,it is of high detection value in patients with chronic heart failure.
