摘 要:目的观察叶酸受体1(FOLR1)、间皮素(MSLN)蛋白在卵巢癌中的表达,并分析其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测80例卵巢癌组织及癌旁正常卵巢组织中FOLR1、MSLN蛋白表达情况,比较不同临床特征卵巢癌患者卵巢癌组织中FOLR1、MSLN蛋白的差异。结果卵巢癌组织中的FOLR1、MSLN阳性表达率均明显高于癌旁正常卵巢组织,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。低分化、国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移的卵巢癌患者的卵巢癌组织中FOLR1、MSLN阳性表达率分别高于高中分化、FIGO分期为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,FIGO分期是影响卵巢癌患者FOLR1、MSLN表达的因素(P﹤0.05)。结论卵巢癌组织中FOLR1、MSLN蛋白阳性表达率均较高,且受FIGO分期的影响。Objective To observe the expression of folate receptor 1(FOLR1) and mesothelin(MSLN) in patients with ovarian cancer and analyze its clinical significance. Method The expression of FOLR1 and MSLN in 80 cases of ovarian cancer tissues and normal ovarian tissues were detected by using immunohistochemistry, and the difference of expression were compared in ovarian cancer tissues of patients with different clinical characteristics. Result The positive expression rates of FOLR1 and MSLN in ovarian cancer tissues were higher than those in normal ovarian tissues(P<0.01). The positive expression rates of FOLR1 and MSLN in ovarian caner tissues with low differentiation, Ⅲ-Ⅳ stages of International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO) and lymph node metastasis were higher than those with middle and high differentiation, Ⅰ-Ⅱ stages of FIGO and no lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that FIGO staging could influence the expression of FOLR1 and MSLN in patients with ovarian cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression rates of FOLR1 and MSLN protein in ovarian cancer tissues are higher, and can be affected by FIGO staging.
