疫情防控常态化下的高校就业工作对策研究

摘　　要：世界正经历百年未有之大变局,面对前所未有的疫情,国际形势动荡、经济势能下滑、企业动能不足、用人需求减少,面对困难局面,高校就业工作面临前所未有的巨大压力。在疫情防控常态化形势下,高校就业工作者和基层辅导员如何开展就业工作,挖掘政策“红利”,使学生真正受益,成为目前最大的课题。It is known that the world is undergoing major changes unseen in the past century.Facing the unprecedented epidemic,turbulent international situation,declining economic potentials,insufficient drive for enterprise,and lowering demands of new employees,universities are suffering unprecedented pressure from employment.In the situation,how college employment workers and grassroot counselors carry out employment work and make use of relevant policies to truly benefit students has become the biggest issue at present.
