摘 要:目的通过Meta分析,评价翻转课堂应用于国内医学生人体解剖学教学中的效果。方法检索国内4个数据库中公开发表的关于翻转课堂应用于人体解剖学教学的相关文献,然后进行文献筛选和数据提取,采用RevMan 5.3统计软件对符合要求的数据进行Meta分析。相关指标包含理论成绩、实验成绩或综合成绩。结果最终纳入符合要求的文献19篇。与传统教学比较,翻转课堂可以有效提高国内医学生人体解剖学理论成绩(MD=6.74,95%CI6.37~7.12,P<0.00001),实验成绩(MD=1.16,95%CI1.00~1.31,P<0.00001)及综合成绩(MD=9.08,95%CI8.62~9.53,P<0.00001),差异有统计学意义。结论在国内医学生人体解剖学教学中,翻转课堂的教学效果优于传统教学。Objective:To evaluate the effect of the flipped classroom on the teaching of human anatomy for medical students in China through meta-analysis.Methods:Relevant literatures published in 4 domestic databases on flip classroom application to human anatomy teaching were retrieved,then literature screening and data extraction were performed,and RevMan 5.3 statistical software was used to perform a meta-analysis on the data that met the requirements.Relevant indicators include theoretical results,experimental results or comprehensive results.Results:Nineteen eligible documents were finally included.Flipping the classroom can effectively improve the theoretical results of human anatomy for domestic medical students(MD=6.74,95%CI:6.37~7.12,P<0.00001),experimental results(MD=1.16,95%CI:1.00~1.31,P<0.00001)and comprehensive Results(MD=9.08,95%CI:8.62~9.53,P<0.00001),the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:In the teaching of human anatomy for medical students in China,the teaching effect of flip classroom is better than traditional teaching.
