摘 要:高职院校以培养高素质复合型技术技能人才为目标,培养过程中既要强调职业技能训练,也要重视职业素质教育。从《悉尼协议》三大理念出发,以装备制造产业链人才需求培养为例,结合德技并修型人才培养的内涵要求,规划人才培养的实施路径:设计五育并举立体式德技并修型人才培养体系;确立人才培养目标和毕业要求,细化能力指标体系;创设课程体系和“课程地图”;设计德育、职业素养与专业技能的融合教育,优化支撑体系;基于大数据构建人才质量保障体系,对毕业要求进行达成度评价,实现闭环式人才培养体系。The goal of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate high-quality compound technical and skilled talents.In the process of training,we should not only emphasize vocational skills training,but also pay attention to vocational quality education.Based on the three concepts of the Sydney agreement,taking talents demand training of equipment manufacturing industry chain as an exam⁃ple,and combined with the connotation requirements of the talents with both morality and skills,this paper plans the implementation path of talents training:A three-dimensional talents training system that combines five kinds of education,morality and skills is de⁃signed;the talents training goal and graduation requirements are established,and the ability index system is refined;the curriculum system and“curriculum map”are created;the integration education of moral education,vocational quality and professional skills is designed,and the supporting system is optimized;and the talents quality assurance system is built based on big data,to evaluate the achievement degree of graduation requirements,so as to realize the closed-loop talents training system.
