关于甘肃非遗及保护、传承的若干思考

摘　　要：梳理了甘肃非物质文化遗产资源的基本现状,并从地理、历史和人口构成等方面分析了形成的原因,结合各地实际,总结了非遗传承、保护工作的基本经验和存在的问题。面对城镇化进程加快、非遗资源生态环境日益严峻的现实,就如何更好的传承和保护本省的非物质文化遗产,发展民间文化产业,阐述了作者长期以来关于这一问题的思考,从“坚持保护优先原则,确立本色传承的主体地位”等六方面,提出了相应的应对方略。This paper reviews the basic status of Intangible Cultural Heritage resources in Gansu Province,and analyzes the causes from the aspects of geography,history and population composition.Combined with the actual situation in various places,the basic experience and existing problems of Intangible Cultural Heritage inheritance and protection are summarized.Faced with the acceleration of urbanization and the increasingly serious ecological environment of Intangible Cultural Heritage resources,this paper expounds the author’s long-term thinking on how to better inherit and protect the Intangible Cultural Heritage of the province and develop the folk cultural industry,and puts forward some countermeasures from the six aspects of“adhering to the principle of protection priority and establishing the dominant position of natural inheritance”.
