摘　　要：医学影像学在肝细胞肝癌(HCC)的诊断和治疗中起着重要的作用。肝脏影像报告和数据管理系统(LI-RADS)是一个HCC高危患者肝脏局灶病变的术语、解释、技术、报告和数据收集等综合管理系统,由美国放射学会(ACR)颁布,最初是为了标准化HCC高危患者的CT和MRI成像报告和数据收集而创建的,随着超声造影(CEUS)在临床上的广泛应用,CEUS被纳入LI-RADS并于2017年更新。本文将对CEUS LIRADS v2017相关知识进行综述。Medical imaging plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).The Liver Imaging Reporting and Data System(LI-RADS)was originally created to standardize CT and MRI imaging reporting and data collection for patients at risk for HCC.With the wide application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)in clinic,CEUS has recently been incorporated into LI-RADS and updated in 2017.We will review the CEUS-LI-RADS.
