摘　　要：心理健康调查及心理疏导是应对突发公共卫生事件的重要工作环节。本文首先引介了心理语言学家Pennebaker基于功能词和心理词汇词频统计的写作分析理论,接着利用LIWC软件对《武汉抗疫日记》中医生、患者的语料以及记者的抗疫日记体新闻做了计量话语分析,以期了解2020年2月21日至3月17日期间这三类抗疫前线人员的真实心理状态。通过对三个思维维度及其13项指标的结果分析,我们发现,虽然这三类群体在日记中均流露出一定的抑郁情绪,且都注重社会关联感的构建,并以实际行动来缓解疫情所带来的极端压力,但他们在疫情下的心理状态和释放压力的方式却有所不同。本文不仅展示了Pennebaker的写作分析理论及相关计量软件的应用价值,也为未来突发公共卫生事件之下,如何对不同群体开展心理健康调查和提供有区分度的心理疏导提出了参考建议。Mental health investigation and psychological interventions are important aspects of work in response to public health emergencies.This paper first introduces the theoretical framework of writing analysis put forward by psycholinguist Pennebaker,and then uses the LIWC software to make a quantitative discourse analysis of doctors’and patients’diaries from The Wu han Anti-epidemic Diaries as well as reporters’anti-epidemic diary news,in order to understand the real psychological state of these 3 types of the front-line anti-epidemic personnel in the city from February 21 to March 17,2020.The results based on the analysis of the 3 thinking dimensions and their 13 indicators show that doctors,patients,and reporters all displayed some signs of depression in their diaries.Besides,the 13 indicators reveal that these people all tried to construct social bonds to consolidate their self-confidence,and took practical action to alleviate the extreme stress brought by the COVID-19 pandemic,while they differed in their psychological reaction to the tremendous stress.The paper not only demonstrates the application value of Pennebaker’s theoretical framework and related quantitative software for writing analysis,but also offers some proposals on how to carry out accurate mental health investigation and to provide differentiated psychological interventions for different groups in future public health emergencies.
