L形水平移位内眦赘皮矫正联合水平型重睑成形术治疗单睑伴内眦赘皮患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨L形水平移位内眦赘皮矫正联合水平型重睑成形术治疗单睑伴内眦赘皮患者的疗效。方法选择2015年8月至2020年8月我院收治的单睑伴内眦赘皮患者62例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各31例。对照组行Z-成形术联合水平型重睑成形术,观察组行L形水平移位内眦赘皮矫正联合水平型重睑成形术。比较两组手术效果、内眦间距(inner canthic diameter,ICD)及并发症。结果观察组治疗总有效率(96.77%)高于对照组(74.19%),术后ICD(29.89±1.38)mm短于对照组(33.15±1.59)mm,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单睑伴内眦赘皮患者采用L形水平移位内眦赘皮矫正联合水平型重睑成形术治疗效果较好,利于改善ICD,降低并发症。Objective To investigate the effect of L-shaped horizontal displacement of internal canthal epidermis correction combined with horizontal double blepharoplasty in the treatment of patients with single eyelid and internal canthal epidermis.Methods From August 2015 to August 2020,62 patients with single eyelid and internal canthus epidermis were selected and divided into two groups by random number table,with 31 cases in each group.The control group underwent Z-plasty combined with horizontal double blepharoplasty,and the observation group underwent L-shaped horizontal displacement inner canthus epidermis correction combined with horizontal double blepharoplasty.The surgical effect,internal canthal distance(inner canthic diameter,ICD)and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.77%)was higher than that of the control group(74.19%),the postoperative ICD(29.89±1.38)mm was shorter than that of the control group(33.15±1.59)mm,and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group.There is statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with single eyelid with internal canthus epidermis have a better treatment effect with L-shaped horizontal displacement and internal canthus epidermis correction combined with horizontal double blepharoplasty,which is beneficial to improve ICD and reduce complications.
