超声刀在腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤包膜外切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨超声刀在腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤包膜外切除术中的临床应用和效果评价。方法于2018年5月-2021年5月期间选取40例行腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤行包膜外功能性切除,随机分为超声刀组和非超声刀组,收集术中各项手术指标、术后并发症发生率,采用SPSS 23.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果超声刀组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量较少(P<0.01);两组术后面神经、涎瘘发生率,无明显差异(P=1.000)。结论超声刀应用于腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤包膜外切除术,能明显提高手术效果,术后并发症发生率低,体现了功能性外科的特点。Objective To investigate the clinical application and effect evaluation of ultrasonic knife in benign parotid tumor.Methods From May 2018 to may 2021,40 patients with benign parotid superficial lobe tumors were randomly divided into ultrasonic scalpel group and non ultrasonic scalpel group.The intraoperative indexes and postoperative complications were collected,and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 23.0 software package.Result The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume and postoperative induced flow were less(P<0.01)and the incidence of postoperative facial nerve and saliva fistula(P=1.000)Conclusion Ultrasonic knife used in external envelope resection of benign parotid tumors can significantly improve the surgical effect,and reflect the characteristics of functional surgery.
