不同剂量表柔比星化疗方案用于乳腺癌辅助治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨不同剂量表柔比星化疗方案用于乳腺癌辅助治疗的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年5月于本院接受治疗的乳腺癌患者88例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各44例。对照组采取小剂量表柔比星化疗治疗,观察组采取大剂量表柔比星化疗治疗,比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率及生存质量。结果观察组缓解率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌患者实施大剂量表柔比星治疗方案能显著提高治疗效果,但不良反应较多,因此,采用大剂量表柔比星化疗治疗需注意防范不良反应,尽量减轻患者的痛苦。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different doses of epirubicin chemotherapy in adjuvant treatment of breast cancer.Methods A total of 88 patients with breast cancer who received treatment in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the re-search subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low-dose epirubicin chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with high-dose epirubicin chemotherapy.The treatment efficiency,inci-dence of adverse reactions and the score of quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The remission rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of breast cancer patients with high-dose epirubicin treatment program can significantly improve the treatment effect,but the adverse reac-tions are more serious,so the use of high-dose epirubicin chemotherapy must pay attention to prevent adverse reactions,as far as possible to reduce the pain of patients.
