摘　　要：目的探讨奥拉西坦联合尼莫地平序贯疗法对脑出血患者血清指标的影响。方法回顾性分析2019年1—12月在本院接受治疗的60例脑出血患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采用尼莫地平序贯治疗,观察组采用奥拉西坦联合尼莫地平序贯治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后血清指标[血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂(CysC)]及血肿体积。结果治疗后,观察组Hcy、hs-CRP、CysC水平及血肿体积均低于对照组,血肿体积小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥拉西坦联合尼莫地平序贯疗法可改善脑出血患者血清指标,减小血肿体积。Objective To investigate the effect of sequential therapy of oxiracetam combined with nimodipine on serum indexes of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to De-cember 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nimodipine sequential treatment,and the observation group was treated with oxirace-tam combined with nimodipine sequential treatment.Serum indexes[serum homocysteine(Hcy),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP),Cys-teine protease inhibitor(CysC)]and hematoma volume before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the Hcy,hs-CRP,CysC levels and hematoma volume of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the hemato-ma volume was smaller than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxiracetam combined with nimodipine sequential therapy can improve the serum indexes of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and reduce the volume of hematoma.
