摘 要:随着我国国防和军队改革在军事教育领域的深层推进且不断落地落实,军事院校“聚焦实战育人才”的任务使命更加清晰,相关专业的人才培养目标也发生了新的变化,由此带来的各类装备课程教学团队建设也出现了新的特点。以雷达对抗装备课程为例,针对该课程教学团队建设中遇到的新问题,运用系统研究和实践检验法,从制订建设规划、完善课程体系、优化人才队伍和健全文化机制四方面提出具有军事院校特色的教学团队建设措施。With the deepening and continuous implementation of China's national defense and military reform in the field of military education,the mission of"focusing on training talents in actual combat"in military academies has become clearer,and the talents training objectives of related majors have also undergone new changes,which has brought about new features in the construction of teaching teams for various equipment courses.Taking the radar countermeasure equipment course as an example and in view of the new problems encountered in the construction of the teaching team of the course,this paper uses the method of system research and practice test,and puts forward the teaching team construction measures with the characteristics of military academies from four aspects of formulating construction plan,improving curriculum system,optimizing talents team and perfecting the cultural mechanism.
