摘　　要：焦虑作为教师职业常见的一种心理障碍,对教学工作的负面影响是普遍存在的,也是困扰高校教师职业发展的重要因素。介绍了中外教育界有关教师焦虑的调研结论,从社会期待、竞争机制、自我成长和心态失衡四个方面分析了高校教师职业焦虑产生的客观原因,对症下药,从打造尊师重教的优良机制、树立以人为本的管理理念和把握心理调适的相关要领三个方面探讨高校教师职业焦虑防控体系的构建路径。Anxiety,as a common psychological obstacle in the teaching profession,has a widespread negative impact on the teaching work,and it is also an important factor to perplex the professional development of university teachers.This paper introduces the research conclusions about teachers'anxiety at home and abroad,analyzes the causes of college teachers'occupational anxiety from four aspects:social expectation,competition mechanism,self-growth need and mental imbalance,and then puts forward countermeasures for prevention and control of teachers′occupational anxiety.
