摘  要:民办幼儿园作为山东省学前教育普及和发展的一支力量,在一定程度上缓解了公共财政压力,扩大了学前教育资源。调研发现,山东省民办幼儿园在财政支持、普惠园发展、师资建设、安全保教等方面还存在一定的问题。基于协同治理理论,立足客观实际,确保办园条件、革新办园理念、完善体制机制、加强师资建设、改进保教模式和打造办园特色已经成为山东省民办幼儿园升级发展的主要方向。Private kindergartens have made important contributions to the popularization and development of preschool education in Shandong Province,and played a positive role in relieving the pressure of public finance and expanding preschool education resources.The survey found that there are still many problems in the financial support,inclusive kindergarten development,teaching staff construction,safety education and other aspects of private kindergarten education in Shandong Province.Based on the theory of collaborative governance and the objective reality,this paper puts forward strategies and suggestions to broaden the development path of private kindergartens in Shandong Province from the perspectives of ensuring the conditions of running kindergartens,innovating the concept of running kindergartens,improving the system and mechanism,strengthening the construction of teachers,improving the mode of care and education,and creating the characteristics of running kindergartens.
