摘  要:为了探讨镉对蓖麻有机酸含量的影响,以滇蓖2号为材料采用盆栽试验,分析了蓖麻在不同质量分数Cd胁迫下根部和叶片的草酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸含量和Cd含量及其相关性。结果表明,蓖麻的株高、茎粗、根长、侧根数和生物量表现出低促高抑的现象;20 mg/kg Cd胁迫下对各指标有促进作用;蓖麻各器官中的Cd含量大小表现为根>茎>叶,Cd含量随着质量分数的增大显著升高;蓖麻根部主要含有草酸、叶片主要含有柠檬酸;3种有机酸对Cd的响应不同,根部的草酸随着Cd质量分数的增大逐渐降低,而根部的苹果酸、柠檬酸与叶片的草酸、苹果酸和柠檬酸含量则随着Cd质量分数的增加呈现出先增后降的趋势。相关分析表明,当Cd处理质量分数<100 mg/kg时,根部的苹果酸以及叶片的草酸、苹果酸和柠檬酸与蓖麻根、茎和叶的Cd含量呈正相关;当Cd处理质量分数≥100 mg/kg时,根部及叶片的3种有机酸与蓖麻根、茎和叶的Cd含量呈负相关。在低质量分数Cd胁迫下,蓖麻体内有机酸含量促进了蓖麻对Cd的吸收、运输和积累;在高质量分数Cd胁迫下,蓖麻体内Cd抑制了有机酸的合成。To investigate the effect of cadmium(Cd)stress on organic acid content of Ricinus communis L.,a pot experiment of castor variety Dianbi 2 under different intensities of cadmium stress was conducted,the content of Cd,oxalic acid,citric acid and malic acid in toots and leaves were determined,and their correlation was analyzed.The results showed that low concentration of cadmium promoted the growth of castor,while high concentration inhibited the growth,when cadmium concentration was 20 mg/kg,plant height,stem diameter,root length,lateral root number and biomass increased.The Cd content in castor organs was root>stem>leaf,and the Cd content increased significantly with the increase of treatment concentration.The root of castor mainly contained oxalic acid,and the leaf mainly contains citric acid.Oxalic acid in roots decreased with the increase of Cd concentration,while malic acid,citric acid in roots and oxalic acid,malic acid and citric acid in leaves increased first and then decreased with the increase of Cd concentration.Correlation analysis showed that malic acid in roots,oxalic acid,malic acid and citric acid in leaves were positively correlated with Cd content in roots,stems and leaves when Cd concentration was less than 100 mg/kg,and negatively correlated with Cd content in roots,stems and leaves when Cd concentration was more than 100 mg/kg.This study proves that the increase of organic acid content in Ricinus communis under low concentration of Cd stress promotes the absorption,transportation and accumulation of Cd,while Cd inhibites the synthesis of organic acid under high concentration of Cd stress.
