摘 要:运用核磁共振波谱 (NMR)研究三尖杉酯碱 (HT)诱导人早幼粒白血病细胞 (HL 60 )凋亡中三磷酸腺苷 (ATP)、磷酸单脂 (PME)及脂类的代谢变化 .经HT作用 2h后 ,从31 PNMR中发现HL 60细胞中ATP、PME含量减少 ;而在1 HNMR中甲基峰有明显的增强 ,胆碱峰稍微减弱 .这些现象的研究将有利于增进对细胞凋亡发生机制的认识 .NMR spectroscopy methods were used to study the metabolic changes of ATP, PME and lipid during harringtonine (HT) induced apoptosis in HL-60 cell. After HL-60 cells were treated with HT for two hours, it was observed by 31P-NMR spectroscopy that the levels of ATP and PME decreased significantly and intracellular pH increased significantly. It was also found by 1H-NMR a significant increase in the signal intensity of methylene resonance and a slight decrease in choline peak in treated HL-60 cells. The present investigation will be helpful for understanding the mechanism of Harringtonine induced apoptosis in HL-60 cells.
