口腔溃疡散联合云南白药胶囊治疗复发性口腔溃疡临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察口腔溃疡散联合云南白药胶囊治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将90例复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组给予云南白药胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用腔溃疡散治疗。治疗1周后,评估2组临床疗效、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平变化。结果:观察组总有效率为97.78%,对照组为84.44%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组VAS评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组TNF、IL-6水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组TNF、IL-6水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且观察组2项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:口腔溃疡散联合云南白药胶囊治疗复发性口腔溃疡效果确切,可提高临床疗效,减轻疼痛,降低炎症因子水平。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of oral ulcer powder combined with Yunnan Baiyao Capsule for recurrent oral ulcer.Methods:A total of 90 cases of patients with recurrent oral ulcer were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Yunnan Baiyao Capsule,and the observation group was additionally treated with oral ulcer powder based on the treatment of the control group.After oneweek treatment,the clinical effect and the changes in Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores and levels of inflammatory factors including tumor necrosis factor(TNF)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the two groups were evaluated.Results:The total effective rate was 97.78%in the observation group,and 84.44%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of levels of TNF and IL-6 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF and IL-6 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the two indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral ulcer powder combined with Yunnan Baiyao Capsule has definite effect in treating recurrent oral ulcer,and can improve clinical effect,relieve pain and reduce levels of inflammatory factors.
