核转录因子-κB、细胞外信号调节激酶1/2、转移相关蛋白-3在乳腺肿瘤组织中的表达研究

摘　　要：目的分析核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)、细胞外信号调节激酶1/2(ERK1/2)、转移相关蛋白-3(MTA-3)在乳腺肿瘤中的表达。方法选取我院2017年8月至2019年3月收治的60例乳腺肿瘤患者作为观察组,另取30例同期乳腺增生患者作为对照组。比较两组患者组织样本NF-κB、ERK1/2和MTA-3水平。结果观察组NF-κB、ERK1/2阳性检出率高于对照组;MTA-3阳性检出率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床分期越高者、肿瘤直径越大者,NF-κB、ERK1/2阳性检出率越高,MTA-3阳性检出率低越低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Luminal A型、Luminal B型及HER2阳性分子分型患者NF-κB、ERK1/2阳性检出率高于三阴型,MTA-3阳性检出率低于三阴型,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。淋巴结转移患者NF-κB、ERK1/2阳性检出率高于对照组,MTA-3阳性检出率低于无转移患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺肿瘤组织中存在NF-κB和ERK1/2的高阳性表达和MTA-3和低表达,并且与乳腺增生患者病理组织表达有明显差异,结合三者指标分析对鉴别诊断乳腺肿瘤、改善乳腺肿瘤干预时机有重要意义。Objective To analyze the expression of nuclear transcription factor-κB(NF-κB),extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2(ERK 1/2),and metastasis-associated protein-3(MTA-3)in breast tumors.Methods Sixty patients with breast tumor treated in our hospital from August 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the experiment group.Another 30 patients with breast hyperplasia were selected as a control group.NF-κB,ERK 1/2,and MTA-3 in tissue samples from two groups were examined.Then,statistical analysis is carried out.Results The positive rate of NF-κB and ERK 1/2 was higher while MTA-3 positive rate was lower in the experiment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The later the clinical stage and the larger the tumor diameter was,the higher the positive rates of NF-κB and ERK 1/2 were,and the lower the positive rate of MTA-3 was(P<0.05).The positive rates of NF-κB and ERK 1/2 were higher while MTA-3 positive rate was lower in Lumina lA type,Lumina lB type and HER2 positive molecular type than those in three negative type(P<0.05).The positive rate of NF-κB and ERK 1/2 was higher in patients with lymph node metastasis than those of control group.The positive rate of MTA-3 were lower in patients with lymph node metastasis than that in patients without metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive rates of NF-κB and ERK 1/2 are high,and the positive rate of MTA-3 is low in breast tumor tissue,which are significantly different from those in breast hyperplasia.Analysis of the three indexes is of great significance for the differential diagnosis of breast tumors and the improvement of intervention time.
