摘 要:针对轨道交通车辆转向架用轴箱弹簧在受载范围较大时存在弹簧变形量较大、刚度成线性的问题,提出了一种可变刚度橡胶轴箱弹簧创新结构设计及其变刚度方法,对轴箱弹簧进行了二级减振设计,轴箱弹簧在大载荷时,能够变刚度,减小变形挠度,同时可通过调整钢弹簧的参数改变轴箱弹簧的刚度特性。此种设计可实现产品刚度的调节,提升了车辆的运行品质,同时也节省了安装空间,产品既可以新造又可以从现有结构上进行改进,同时也可为其他类似产品结构改进提供参考借鉴。Aiming at the problems of large spring deformation and linear stiffness for axle box springs for rail transit vehicle bogies when the load range is large,an innovative structural design of variable stiffness rubber axle box springs and its variable stiffness method are proposed.The axle box spring is designed with secondary vibration reduction.When the axle box spring is under a large load,its stiffness can be changed and the deformation deflection can be reduced.At the same time,the stiffness characteristics of the axle box spring can be changed by adjusting the parameters of the steel spring.This design can adjust the rigidity of the product,improve the running quality of the vehicle,and save the installation space.The product can be newly built and improved from the existing structure,and it can also provide a reference for other similar product structure improvements.
