摘  要:利用微型化技术开发一种连续萃取多粘菌素B的工艺。通过对多级串联微萃取器萃取工艺中分散模块微孔尺寸、流体在微萃取器通道中的流速、串联级数和每级溶剂加量比例等关键控制参数的优化,取得了较好的实验结果。该工艺在萃取率、生产效率和溶剂消耗等方面较传统搅拌法萃取具有明显优势,操作用时短,重复性、稳定性、耐用性良好,且操作简单,可实现连续运行,适用于多粘菌素B等多肽类抗生素的提取,解决了传统搅拌釜萃取工艺萃取率低、用时长、溶剂消耗多、COD排放较多等问题,为实现多肽类抗生素原料药萃取绿色生产开拓了新思路。A process for continuous extraction of polymyxin B was developed using miniaturization.By optimizing the key control parameters such as the micropore size of the disperser,the flow rate of the fluid in the microextractor channel,the number of microextractor stages in series and the solvent addition ratio of each stage in the multi-stage microextractor extraction process,good experimental results were achieved.The process has obvious advantages over the traditional stirred method extraction in terms of extraction rate,productivity and solvent consumption,with short operation time,good repeatability,stability and durability,and simple operation for continuous operation,which is suitable for the extraction of polymyxin B and other peptide antibiotics.It solves the problems of low extraction rate,long operation time,high solvent consumption and high COD emission of traditional stirred kettle extraction process.The miniaturization technology opens up new ideas for the realization of green production of peptide antibiotic API extraction.
