摘 要:随着雷达技术的迅速发展,雷达应用领域越来越广泛,对雷达轻量化、易架设、高精度的要求也越来越高。文中介绍了某型Ka波段调频连续波雷达结构设计过程,具体阐述了铝合金型材天线骨架设计,卡赛格伦天线设计,天线罩设计等设计方法和设计思路,并通过仿真分析验证了天线骨架的力学性能和雷达设备散热性能。文中在雷达轻量化设计、高精度天线的设计、检测及天线罩疏水设计等方面做了一定的研究,其方法和思路可供同行参考。With the rapid development and wide range application of radars,the requirement for radars turns to be more lightweighted,easily deployed and precised.In this paper,the structural design of a Ka-band FMCW radar was introduced.The concept and design methods of the following were demonstrated in detail,including aluminum alloy antenna structure,Cassegtain antenna and radome.The mechanical properties of the antenna structure and the heat dissipation performance of radar were verified by simulation analysis.In this paper,the lightweighted structure of the radar,the design and inspection of high-precision antenna,as well as the drainage design of radome were researched.
