摘　　要：机器人手术已经广泛应用于泌尿外科,为患者带来福音的同时也带来患者安全、经济负担、医患选择偏倚、过度医疗、法律责任认定等伦理问题。加强医生培训,升级改造软硬件能够保证手术安全进行。降低机器人研发制造成本,费用纳入医保,是解决医疗资源不合理分配的关键。明确机器人手术法律主体及责任,加强机器人监管是当务之急。“有德”“有能”的医生为患者进行“适度医疗”,患者配合完成诊疗工作是缓解所有伦理问题的核心内容及方向。Robotic surgery has been widely used in urology,which not only benefits patients,but also brings ethical problems such as medical safety problems,economic burden,doctor-patient selection bias,excessive medical treatment,liability identification and so on.The success of such surgeries would be guaranteed by proper trainings for doctors,and by upgrading the software and hardware.The key to solve the unsound allocation of medical resources is to reduce research and development cost and to include it in the insurance.It is urgent to clarify the legal subject and liability of robot surgery and strengthen the supervision.The core and approach to alleviate the ethical problems lies in the appropriate treatment from doctors with virtues and competence,and in the cooperation from patients.
