摘　　要：介绍了自主研发的高品质优钢六辊可逆冷轧机组的工艺功能、机组参数;重点阐述了目前优钢生产工艺设备面临的难题、解决思路以及相应的关键技术:高精度自动厚度控制技术、小辊径六辊轧机无死区弯辊技术、整体式弯辊缸块抑制轴向力技术以及带头带尾无引带轧制技术。机组投入使用后效果明显。It induced the Process function and main technological parameters of Six-high reversing cold mill for high quality special steel strip;It focuses on the current problems,solutions and Correspondingly key technologies facing the production device of special steel: High-precision AGC technology、No dead zone of roll bending for small roll diameter of six-high mill、Integral roller bending block to suppress axialforce technology 、Head and tail rolling without leading strip technology. It makes good effect in use.
