摘  要:针对中厚板压平机进行了介绍,对压平机的矫平原理、压平力、拉杆伸长量和预应力拉杆总拉力进行了计算。分析了对压平机的机架进行预紧和未进行预紧两种状态,均满足工艺要求。但预紧后机架刚度有了较大提高,上、下横梁的变形量明显减小,使机架有更好的抵抗变形的能力,更有利于压平机在矫平钢板时的稳定性,设备性能会有较大提升。This paper introduces the flattening machine for medium and thick plate,describes and calculates the straightening principle,flattening force calculation,pull rod elongation calculation and total tension calculation of prestressed pull rod. Through the analysis of the two states of preloading and not preloading,the process requirements are met. However,after preloading,the rigidity of the frame has been greatly improved,and the deformation of the upper and lower crossbeams has been significantly reduced,so that the frame has a better ability to resist deformation,which is more conducive to the stability of the flattener when flattening the steel plate,and the performance of the equipment will be greatly improved.
