摘　　要：消化道肿瘤是目前发病率和死亡率较高的恶性肿瘤,早期发现对于改善患者的预后至关重要。循环核糖核酸(RNA),主要包括信使RNA、微小RNA、长链非编码RNA和环状RNA等,在肿瘤发生发展中发挥重要作用,为液体活检提供了一条新的检测途径。本文将重点讨论循环RNA在消化道肿瘤诊断中的应用,旨在推进循环RNA的临床转化。Digestive tract tumor is a malignant tumor with high incidence rate and mortality.Early detection is very crucial to improve the patient prognosis.Circulating ribonucleic acid(RNA),including mRNA,microRNA,IncRNA and circRNA,plays an important role in tumorigenesis and development.Thus,it provides a new detection method for liquid biopsy.This article will focus on the application of circulating RNA in the diagnosis of digestive tract tumors,aiming to promote the clinical transformation of circulating RNA.
