摘 要:分析了2013年12月2日-2018年12月31日江苏省持续性大气污染事件的总天数和主要污染物平均质量浓度的逐月和年际变化特征及空气质量指数的时空分布特征,分析了2018年1月17-20日发生的一次典型持续性污染事件期间的大气环流特征.结果表明,江苏省冬季大气污染最严重, PM_(2.5)为主要污染物;夏季污染程度较低, O_(3)为主要污染物;夏末秋初空气质量最好.年均ρ(PM_(2.5))、ρ(PM_(10))、ρ(SO_(2))、ρ(CO)逐年减小,ρ(O_(3))最大8 h逐年增加,ρ(NO_(2))年变化不明显.江苏省各季节污染程度均表现为北部工业城市>南部人口密集城市>西北部沿海城市;中度及以上持续性污染事件均发生于冬季,伴随着冷空气在北方堆积. 2018年1月17-23日典型大气污染事件发生期间, 500 hPa里海阻塞高压和副热带高压对峙,配合850 hPa暖脊和地面均压场,为江苏省创造了静稳天气形势,使污染物得以堆积.The monthly and interannual variation characteristics of the total number of persistent pollution events, the average concentration of major pollutants in Jiangsu Province and the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of the air quality index from December 2, 2013 to December 31, 2018 were explored. The characteristics of the atmospheric circulation during the occurrence of a typical persistent pollution event from January 17-20, 2018 were analyzed. The results showed that winter pollution was the most serious in Jiangsu Province, with PM_(2.5) as the major pollutant. The level of pollution in summer was the lowest, and O_(3) was the major pollutant. The air quality was the best in late summer and early autumn. The average annual ρ(PM_(2.5)), ρ(PM_(10)), ρ(SO_(2)) and ρ(CO) decreased year by year, the maximum 8 h ρ(O_(3)) increased year by year, and the annual change of ρ(NO_(2)) was not obvious. The pollution degrees in all seasons in Jiangsu were as follows: northern industrial cities>southern densely populated cities>northwest coastal cities. Moderate and above persistent pollution events all occurred in the winter, accompanied by the accumulation of cold air in the north. During the typical pollution incident on January 17 to 23, 2018, the 500 h Pa blocking high pressure near the Caspian Sea cooperated with the subtropical high pressure. The 850 h Pa warm ridge and the ground pressure field created a static situation for Jiangsu Province, and pollutants were accumulated.
